Stacey is a coach and published author. She has spent the last fifteen years mentoring and coaching women of all ages. Over the years she encountered many women who were smart, funny, and successful in some areas but also broken, misguided and frustrated with their lives. Her coaching practice is a direct response to a growing need among women. Those experiences have helped her to craft transformational coaching systems. Stacey earned a certificate in Personal Development Coaching from The Capp Institute.

Stacey, an avid writer, has also authored several books: Finding My Way, an open and honest account of her journey to overcome abandonment, low self-esteem and rejection issues, Stacey hopes that by sharing her experience, others are encouraged to find their way. On the Go Coaching: 30 Days of Life and Career Coaching for Women Making Moves encourages you to consider what is important to you and implement strategies to protect it. This book will motivate you to deconstruct, and in some cases, destroy, mindsets, beliefs, and values that
no longer serve you. Stacey coauthored this book with fellow coach and author, Jossalyn Wilson. !She is currently working on Hairdryer Confessions, a book of random truths and humor.

In the corporate space, Stacey is a senior project manager for a major Destination Management Organization (DMO) in Dallas, TX. She leads project teams by inspiring a shared vision, strategizing to mitigate risk and employing many of the coaching systems shes used with her clients over the years.

The Baton Rouge, LA native graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Secondary Education with a concentration in Mathematics from Grambling State University. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Sorority,
