They bring black comedy for the middle class, which appeals to every class. 40 Acres and a Stool choose their name to acknowledge their culture and announce their unique and ironic style of comedy.

Dulc Sloan: Politely aggressive...
Sassy and straight forward, she wows crowds all over Atlanta. Dulc Sloan is an Actor by trade and new to the comedy world but she has performed at clubs all over Atlanta She was thrown into the sea of comedy by her mentor, "Big Kenney" Johnson, who invited her to be in the last Funny Farm University Class after a chance encounter. From the time I was a boy, I wanted to be a wrestling champion. You probably said I wanna be a fireman! Arm Anderson, Four Horsmen WCW She is excited to be a member of 40 Acres & a Stool because she is looking forward to that first reparations check.

A.K.: Voice of reason
Raised in OH but has spent the last 12 years living in NY where he got his comedy career started. He frequented Caroline's Comedy Club, Stand Up NY, and performed at several NJ clubs before deciding to move to Atlanta to further his career.
Now he can be found performing in several Atlanta clubs including Laughing Skull, Buford Variety Theater, Seriously Funny, Hysterical Events Comedy Show, The Glennwood.
Odinaka OD: Life of the party in training
Well known throughout the south, hes a real crowd pleaser whos style and domineer has the laughter coming again and again. He wanted to tell jokes since 11 and waited too long to do it at 23. Catch him at a stage near you.
"One of my favorite quotes about comedy comes from Richard Pryor, Search for the truth and the funny will come. I love that idea, easier said than done, but I still love it. I tell the story of my life as a mixed up son of Nigerian immigrants, born and raised in the American South but High Schooled in Nigeria, and try to make sense of it to myself and the world. I search for the truth in my life and in society and most of all I dig for the funny."

Joyelle: The Traveler
Joyelle's comedy has taken her from coast to coast.
Currently residing in Brooklyn, NY she has performed at Carolines on Broadway, Gotham Comedy Club,
Comix, and Stand Up NY just to name a few. She gained her start in Los Angeles and all over Southern
California at The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, and the various Improvs as well as spending time in
the South performing at Atlantas own Punchline, Laughing Skull and Uptown Comedy club.
Rob Haze: The new guy
40 Acres and A Stool proudly welcomes our newest member. From Athens, Ga Rob appears all over the Atlanta comedy scene earning the respect of audiences and peers alike. He can be found performing all over the south commanding the stage everywhere he goes.
