One of Canada's most acclaimed film and television stars (with numerous award-winning roles over the years, alongside the likes of Tim Robbins, Kevin Spacey, Ellen Page, and Sandra Oh), Rebecca Jenkins is also one of the country's most beloved singers, spanning genres of folk, jazz, and popular music. From her starring role in the award-winning feature film Bye Bye Blues, a film soundtrack album was released on Warner Brothers featuring Rebecca singing the songs from the movie. Over the years she has performed on big stages and small with a multitude of artists Jane Siberry, Lorraine Segato, Molly Johnson, Jann Arden, Bruce Cockburn, Holly Cole, Glass Tiger, to name a few. She has performed her original material on various compilation albums in Canada and the U.S. Alongside David Ramsden Rebecca co-hosted and performed on a popular CBC weekly music radio series, Quiet, Theres a Lady on stage featuring Canadas most popular female singers. In recent years, she toured and recorded albums with Jane Siberry and Kevin Breit (Norah Jones' guitarist), and recorded three of her own albums - Live at The Cellar (2014), Something's Coming (2012), and Blue Skies (2008). Recent feature films include The Protector and Stories We Tell (by Sarah Polley).
