One Day Closer

An energy and worship-driven Christian rock band from Central Illinois who's been said to really "pack a punch". Originally starting as a cover-only band, but now having completed a full length album on it's way to distribution, ODC plays mostly original songs along side a few popular covers. They strive to bring an up close, personal, and very professional atmosphere with them to every venue, yet keeping worship a priority. The band consists of 4 members, Josh Ummel - guitar and lead vocals, Jason Watt - lead guitar, Rod Schoonover - bass guitar, and Sam Thompson - drums. "We work to follow God's plan first of all and take baby steps in a forward direction" says Josh Ummel (lead vocalist). ODC's motto: "Follow your heart, chase your dreams, and live your passion"
