Download PDFHavent heard of Detroits newest, most popular, rock n roll cover band? Then you havent seen Chit! We have each dreamed for a long time about forming a band that is reminiscent of old rock and roll. Chit! not only gives the audience something to hear, but something to see!
Detroits famous WRIF 101.1 radio D.J. Scott Randall heads up a group of 4 of Detroits most well known and talented musicians to form a super group of entertainment. Members include Joe Evangelista (guitar, vocals), Dan Rose (bass, vocals), Bobby Black (guitar, vocals, metro area based), Scott Randall (secondary percussion, vocals,) and Jason Hartless (Vocals/Drums). Chit! Has performed at the All-American Hockey League Classic at Comerica Park, Winterblast 2014 Detroit Festival and several venues in the Metro-Detroit area. Chits performance during the 2013 Arts,Beats & Eats Festival was shown on 2 of the main 3 local news stations.
This band has it all! The group performs power rock hits from the 70s, 80s and 90s with choreographed routines, humor and musical talent. Songs like; Rock The Casbah (Clash), Talk Dirty To Me (Poison), Smokin In The Boys Room (Motley Crue), Blitzcreek Bop (Ramones), Aint Talk About Love (Van Halen), Here Comes Your Man (Pixies), Fox On The Run (Ace Freely), Who Do You Love and Dont Change (INXS ), keep our fans on the dance floor all night long! Each member of the band brings their own entertainment value and character. Band members can all sing, play various instruments and all switch off during the show to constantly leave something new to hear and see! They involve the audience; engaging them to be a part of the fun and creating a party atmosphere. We currently have almost 1000 fans on facebook.
While the band is all fun and more fun, the management understands the venue. Chit! Is a fantastic band with a large following! Each member is connected to a broad and diverse audience. Given the members of the band, viral social networking such as facebook and twitter are used to aggressively promote every show. Posters and other promotional materials are used and given to venues to promote. We leave no stone unturned to ensure that our fans are able to follow our every move and they are an enthusiastic bunch!
